A short review for today. Nothing has restarted since you paused it on October 14, and nothing restarts until you say so.
For Chip Ottman and Deanne Angel · November 2, 2026 · Working draft for discussion
All ten lists were paused within 30 minutes of your email.
Every list reads paused as of November 2. No outreach has gone from your lists since October 14.
Nothing restarts on either platform until you say so, and any new campaign is agreed with you first.
It opened with the product and asked for a conversation before the person knew why. Your manufacturing opener read, "I work with manufacturing plants on automating garment and PPE dispensing ... would you be open to a quick conversation".
Executives and general operations titles were on the lists. Most of them do not run uniforms, scrubs or PPE day to day.
Some of them got the old first message. That is the kind of contact that clashes with what they already hear from your team.
A small number of messages went to people who should have been held or taken off. They come off before anything restarts.
And the weekly reply note promised from October 16 never went out. That one is on us.
Connection requests sent from the three profiles.
Accepted, about 1 in 4 of the requests sent.
Replies from people who accepted.
Real buyer conversations, Job Options and Hyve Solutions.
About 2 in 3 people who wrote back said no. The ask for a call came before the reason to take one.
They went live on the evening of October 13 and ran for about one day before the pause.
Counts from your ten LinkedIn lists, from the August 31 restart to October 13, 2026, 7:14 am UK time. The split of replies comes from reading every reply thread by hand on October 13. Replies after that morning and before the pause are not counted.
Executive and general operations titles taken off the lists.
HLSG and its brands, the University of Utah, and the customer you asked us to keep confidential.
Cintas out. The rental majors, and Diana's contacts east of the Mississippi, held for your answer.
New healthcare contacts added at the right titles.
Shown for Chip's manufacturing list. Each of the six list families (hospitals, healthcare laundries, food, aerospace, manufacturing, semiconductor and electronics) has its own version in the same shape. Message 3 is shown as it will read on restart.
ABG's list of customers and associates, plus your own customer list. Both go on the blocklist before a single message sends.
This check is one we have built before for another client, a match against the quote log to keep existing customers out of cold outreach.
| # | Path | What happens | What it needs first |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Restart all three reps on the new platform | Chip, Anthony and Diana go live with the new messages, your blocklist loaded and your pushback answers in place. | Your answers and the ABG list |
| 2 | Narrow restart, plant lists first | Anthony's food and aerospace lists and Chip's manufacturing and semiconductor lists go first. Hospitals and healthcare laundries wait for the ABG list. | Your answers for the plant lists |
| 3 | A clean close | Your lists, your conversations and your do-not-contact file are handed over to you. | Your word |
Whichever path you pick, everyone from the old lists still partway through a sequence comes off first, so nothing from the old setup carries over.
| # | The question | Who answers |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Can you or ABG send the customers and associates we should never contact, plus your own customer list? | Chip, with ABG |
| 2 | Who should each profile reach, by title, industry, region and company size? | Chip, Anthony, Diana |
| 3 | Is healthcare east of the Mississippi yours or Randy's? | Chip |
| 4 | Are Alsco, Vestis, UniFirst, ImageFIRST, Crothall Laundry and Angelica prospects, or competitors like Cintas? | Chip |
| 5 | Are the pushback answers right? "We have a contract with Cintas" gets a thank-you with the one-page overview left on offer. "Not my area" asks who looks after it. | Chip |
| 6 | Is R.W. Martin described right, and which items do the systems issue at a plant? | Chip |
| 7 | When someone says yes, a booking link, or do your reps keep setting calls by hand? | Chip |
| 8 | Keep the openers, or change them? Same volume, lighter or heavier? Anyone to leave out? | Chip |
| 9 | Should interested replies go straight into HubSpot, and to which owner? | Chip |
| 10 | All three accept the platform invite emailed on October 31 and connect LinkedIn before Saturday, November 7, when the invites expire. | Chip, Anthony, Diana |
Questions 2 to 8 are the ones in the emails of October 31. A line under each is plenty.
